Beech Wood Chips
Beautiful Blackwood Beech. Our beech wood chips are unique and mild, making them an excellent all-rounder which are great for pairing with a varied range of meats and seafood. If you’re eager to enhance the flavours of a whole range of dishes – look no further than the beech wood chips.
For best results soak the wood chips in water for 30 minutes before using on your barbecue.
Drain off the excess water and add the wood chips directly onto the lit charcoal, or alternatively double wrap the chips in cooking foil and pierce to allow the fantastic flavours to infuse your food.
