In little under a month later, we had our very own Southern Pride Smoker ready to fire up – and the service did not stop there, ever since Colin has frequently been in touch to make sure our Head Chef, myself and our entire team are getting the fullest potential from our ‘pride and joy’ Smoker.

Suffice to say, our array of Smoked Ribs, Strips, Wings and Ends – have become a huge seller for us, and with two more sites scheduled to open within the next 12 months, we certainly will be using Colin to help deliver on our vision of expanding our smoked dishes even further around the UK.”
